If you miss your session, it will not be rescheduled or refunded. However, you have the ability to reschedule your call up until 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you book your call within the next 24 hours, there will be no option to reschedule it. At this time, we do not offer refunds for call cancellation. Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
